Leona Louise Lewis, nacida el 3 de abril de 1985 Londres, Inglaterra es una cantante de pop británica y ganadora de la tercera edición del reality show.

Lewis hizo una presentacion especial de su álbum en el "Mandarin Oriental Hotel" de Knightsbridge, Londres, donde cantó cuatro canciones del disco: "Bleeding Love", "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face", "Homeless" y "Whatever It Takes". El disco salió al mercado el 9 de noviembre del 2007, en la República de Irlanda, y el 12 de noviembre en el Reino Unido, y pasó a liderar las listas de ventas de álbumes en ambos países, y en otros como Alemania, Nueva Zelanda y Australia. Por otra parte, su segundo sencillo "Bleeding Love" a alcanzadó más de 50 millones de visionados en Youtube[1] y con él se confirmó en el resto de Europa.

Lewis afirmó en el lanzamiento del album, de que este se trataba sobre lo que a ella le apasionaba, y que era en gran parte autobiográfico. El disco fue nominado como "British Album" en los BRIT Awards 2008
